What is the best kind of cheese?!

Question: Most cheese that is packaged at your store such as cheddar, Jack, are not REAL cheeses. Try a good BRIE or a Stilton blue cheese. Stilton is Englands prized cheese. Anything from France as well. You can find these at Whole Foods.

In my opinion Aged Cheddar Cheese

Provolone

Cheddar
Monterey Jack
Brie
Gouda
Feta
Mozzarella
Provolone
etc..............

Provolone Stagionato, Gorgonzola, Derby, Extra Sharp Cheddar, Smoked Muenster, Aged Swiss......too many good types to list.

block cheese

muenster
sharp cheddar
colby-jack
monterey jack

It all depends upon what you are using it for - eating, cooking, fondue - some cheeses melt better than others and are preferable for cooking with but all cheeses are good for snacking on. I like aged sharp cheddar, Swiss, Gouda, Edam, Brie, Mozzarella, white cheddar, Colby, American, Pepper-Jack - Force, I love cheese.s of all kinds.

My favorite snack cheese is Vermont white cheddar.

mozzarella...... mmmmm

In Holland we have a kind of cheese called "over aged" or "overjarige kaas". It's dark yellow but translucent. So hard you need an axe to get pieces off. It's very expensive, because over time (more than 16 months), all the water has evaporated. It tastes like no other cheese.

chedddarrrr cheseeeee please.

gouda, it's so... gouda (good, duh)
