How do you serve Welsh Red Dragon cheese?!

Question: I want to pair it with Double Dragon Ale, but is there any good way to prepare it or are there snacks that go well with it? I was considering making a Welsh rarebit or fondue, but I don't know if that would be very tasty. Should I just cube it and serve with toothpicks?

Welsh rarebit is cheese on toast, you cut-rate low-rent Martha Stewart-wannabe!

Ideally, you should craft the cheese into the shape of a head, and then insert 1000 toothpicks and re-enact Hellraiser. Only with cheese!

put some crackers on the side and maybe chocolate to mix it up a little bit

With a sling shot

That's a lotta dragon, man... I think there's some kind of etiquette against double-D usage.

I get a small round pan or dish. Buy or make from scratch a puff pastry. Lay out the puff pastry in the pan, put the cheese in the middle and fold the pastry sides over the cheese. I do this with other cheeses! Everyone says it is delicious! (including me)
