My husband cooks pork steaks, & bbq pork chops in roasting pans on the grill. He also cooks ribs & sometimes he will peel an onion & slice it, wrap it in tin foil & grill it, it is very good, & every once in awhile he makes grilled corn on the cob, leave the shucks on the corn & grill for a few mins on each side, that is pretty good too. Hope this helps!!

Corn on the cob is great so if any type of fish, king prawns and trout are my fav. I did pork medalions on the bbq then added a small slice of pepper, rosemary and a slice of cheese and let it melt, yum
