Steak Cutlets?!

Question: I've got some thinly cut streak strips, about 3-4 inches in diameter and less than a half inch thick. I marinated them in some basic bbq sauce overnight. Anybody have any interesting ways to cook these? Broil in the oven, pan fry, etc?

Hey,
You can do many things, you can grill them, but might really shrink, the oven might be better. You can alway saute them since they arent thing, it would go good with onins and bell peppers.
Good luck.

I would stir fry them in a touch of water, enough to prevent burning. I think broiling would dry out the meat. I would add mushrooms, celery, onion, veggies like cauliflower and brocolli, carrots, etc., cover and steam until veggies were cooked but still crunchy.

When done I would serve over rice or rice noodles. Serving sliced almond and/or chinese noodles on the side.
