Does anyone have a really simple cheesecake receipe or cake receipe please?!

can of cherry pie filling
can of crushed pineapple
preheat oven to 350
pour cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple into 13x9 pan. sprinkle cake mix over filling. cut up butter into several small squares to cover cake. Bake for 30 minutes. tastes great with ice cream.

packet of choc biscuits, whip some cream, form it into a log, refridgerate overnight, and it's done!.. one nice sweet choc cream cake, cut on sharp angle for best visual effect...
CHERRY CHEESE CAKE (PIE)
9 inch graham cracker crust
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room
temperature
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling (or any fruit you like)
Beat cream cheese in medium size bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and stir until well mixed. Blend in lemon juice and vanilla. Turn into crust. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Cover with cherry filling or glaze.
This sounds cheap, and it is, but Jell-O Cheese Cake is the best stuff I've EVER put in my mouth. Mmmmmmmm.
Best Cheesecake on Earth

Original recipe yield:
1 - 10 inch round cake
INGREDIENTS
? 1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
? 16 ounces cream cheese
? 1 cup white sugar
? 6 eggs
? 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
? 1 cup sour cream
? 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C.) Wrap the outside bottom of a 10 inch springform pan with foil to prevent water seeping in while baking.
2. Cream together ricotta cheese, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs one at a time. Add flour one tablespoon at a time, mixing well. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla. Pour mixture into a 10 inch springform pan.
3. Place cheesecake in a large rectangular pan filled with 2 inches of hot water. Carefully put into preheated oven without spilling water. Bake for 90 minutes.
4. After 90 minutes turn oven off, but leave the cake in the oven for another 60 minutes (do not open door).
5. Cool on counter for 60 minutes and then refrigerate. Serve when thoroughly chilled
CHEESECAKE
Make a graham cracker crust according to the recipe on the graham cracker crumb box. Press the crust into the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan and go up at least 1/2 inch on the sides.
Combine the following in a large mixing bowl:
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat until smooth. Pour into the crust and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Cool and refrigerate. When cake has completely cooled, and just before serving, remove from spring form pan and place on a footed cake plate or other large plate. Spoon a can of prepared cherry (or strawberry) pie filling evenly over the top of the cake. Refrigerate any leftovers.

No Bake cheesecake
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 eight ounce package cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 small container of whipped topping
Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping. Put in graham cracker crust, can either freeze at this point or just put in fridge. Before serving, add cherry or blueberry pie filling to garnish the top. Or you can leave plain.

cheesecake "no bake"
1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
1 8" graham cracker crust
1 12oz tub of cool whip, or non-dairy whipped topping
1 tsp of lemon juice
1/3c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
cream sugar and cream cheese in bowl add lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping pour into crust. let chill at least 1 hour if you can wait.
variations for adults
instead of using lemon juice and vanilla i use 2tsp-2tbsp of a liquor such as Kahlua or baileys Irish cream. but be careful if you cannot handle alcohol because this is not baked or cooked.
Cheesecake Cupcakes
Ingredients-
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cupcake pans with paper cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar. Stir in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla. Spoon into cupcake pans to fill about 2/3 to 3/4 full.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
To make the sour cream topping, whisk together the sour cream, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon into the well on the top of each cupcake.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, until set. Set cupcake pans on racks to cool, do not remove cupcakes from the pan until they are completely cool. For a finishing touch, you can add a dollop of your favorite pie filling on top.
