What sauce should i have with honey glazed ham?!

a nice dollop of mustard

cheese sauce or cauliflour sauce

I had a ham last sunday with a white onion sauce with plenty of white pepper.

A white parsley sauce.

I always put nice ham with garlic mayonnaise.

This one...or.......

THE HONEY MINT SAUCE
3 1/2 fluid ounces white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons clear honey
4-6 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
make the sauce; warm the vinegar and honey until the honey has dissolved, then stir in the mint and leave to cool.
This is for 8 servings.

Grapefruit and ginger sauce

FOR THE SAUCE
3 ounces granulated sugar
14 fluid ounces fresh grapefruit juice
3 tablespoons clear honey
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 lemon, juice of
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoons cornstarch
this is for 10 servings
Enjoy.

It just has to be apple sauce.

Onion sauce

Mustard Sauce for Ham

INGREDIENTS
8 g all-purpose flour
150 g white sugar
9 g mustard powder
235 ml milk
2 egg yolks
120 ml tarragon vinegar

DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and mustard powder until evenly blended. Whisk together the milk and egg yolks in a saucepan, and slowly whisk in the mustard mixture. Stir in the vinegar. Whisking constantly, bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat to low, and simmer until thickened.

gourmet sauce is good.

Cherry Ham Glaze

Ingredients-
3 tablespoons water
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 (12 ounce) jar cherry preserves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation-
Stir together water, vinegar, corn syrup, preserves, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.

spiced apple and cider sauce

500g/1lb 2oz Bramley apples
30g/1oz butter
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp cider
? tsp grated nutmeg
? tsp cinnamon
? tsp freshly ground black pepper
30g/1oz soft dark brown sugar

Peel, core and cut up the apples. Put them in a pan with the butter, water, cider and spices. Cover and cook until soft enough to beat to a purée. Add sugar to taste, and more spices if you like.
