What size should i cut the meat for a shish kabob?!

Question: it going to be a roast

Answers: it going to be a roast

I like to cut my cubes about 1 1/2" or 2" square depending upon the veggies I'm putting on the skewer. I like the meat a little larger than the veggies, so they don't get burned while the meat cooks to medium rare. I turn the skewers about every 5 minutes and baste til all sides are done.

i would do one or one and a half just to keep the good flavor

u mean shish KEBAB

about 1" cubes works well.
Make sure you pre-soak the sticks in water if you are using the wooden kind, otherwise they will burn.

Try 1 1/2 inch cubes (approximate) something that will go on the skewer and cook fairly rapidly.

A cube that is about two bites worth of meat

Probably 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubes works.

Make sure the vegetables are cut to the equivalent size. Other wise you get burnt veggies with perfect meat, or burnt meat with perfect veggies. A good quick sizing method is to do the size of your index finger when you clench your fists.
