What would go great with my mango salsa?!
Please provide a full recipe and cook details. Thanks!
Answers: I've made the most amazing mango salsa ever. I've got quite the knack for cooking these days but I can seem to figure this one out. I'm considering ground chicken or turkey burgers but I thought I'd ask before I start experimenting, I really don't want to waste any of this salsa!

Jerk Chicken Burgers With Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), plus some for drizzling
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 jalape?o pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 lime, juiced
Spicy potato chips, any brand you like
Yields: 4 servings
Preparation
Heat a large nonstick skillet with EVOO over medium-high heat.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken with spices and sugar. Drizzle in EVOO and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix to combine. Score the meat into 4 equal parts and then form 4 patties, each about 1 1/2-inch thick. Add the burgers to the skillet and cook about 5 minutes on both sides or until cooked all the way through, there shouldn'?t be any pink in the middle.
While the burgers cook, make the mango salsa. In a small bowl, combine the mango, red pepper, jalape?o, cucumber and lime juice.
When the burgers are done, transfer them to a serving platter with the mango salsa and spicy chips alongside.
It's great on fish- like tilapia, red snapper, chilean bass. Just grill, broil in oven, or fry it up in a little butter, veg oil or olive oil. Put salsa on top. Yum!
Grilled Chicken marinated in lime juice, garlic, beer. Season to taste then grill..... enjoy
I would suggest a salmon steak actually. It would work really well, and the flavors compliment one another.
Also, you could make nachos, with cut up chicken breast, cheese, olives and your mango salsa.. I've made this before and it was really delicious
it goes great with chicken and fish
We always eat mango salsa over pork tenderloin. Simple, just buy a pork tenderloin, season it with your favorite seasoning, bake or grill it and slice it up and put the mango salsa on top. You can even get pre-seasoned pork tenderloins. It's the bomb!
Shrimp or chicken fajitas. Fish tacos too.
I would suggest a simple piece of grilled chicken, with maybe a little bit of salt and pepper, The mango salsa should give enough flavor that the chicken does not need to have that much seasoning.
Take enough chicken breasts for how many you are serving and rinse and pat dry, drizzle olive oil on the breasts and sprinkle with salt and pepper, prepare outdoor grill if weather permits, if not light the broiler. Cook chicken for about ten minutes on both sides or until juices run clear. Top chicken with salsa.
It would go great with chicken or fish, grilled or baked. Come on now stop teasing us give us your awesome recipe. BTW chicken or turkey burgers would go great with them too.
I make a similar salsa to use with pork chops.
