What goes good with Venison medallions sauteed in a butter sauce with mushrooms and onions? I'm putting it!
Answers: over wide egg noodles. I was thinking about cooking some peas. Is that enough or do I need something else to go with it?
A salad would augment this dinner nicely, otherwise I think you've got it covered. Instead of a greens salad I occasionally serve a fruit salad (cut up fruits with orange juice). It's a change most at the table will love and it's really good for them.
Some kind of bread would be good.
Noodles seem a bit strange to me, Surely it should be mash and peas
Venison is a filling meet. Either get a salad or italian bread.
I would have went with rice but it still sounds good to me
potatoes
une salade
s'il vouz plait.
i would say asparagus instead of peas, but either way they would be good with sauted red potatoes, sliced.
You could invite me over for starters, then, yeah peas would work, maybe some sourdough..
mmm mouth watering
Mashed potatoes. Garlic bread and a nice Chardinay
You just need to invite me over for dinner!
It sounds great, perhaps some nice warm rolls, and some butter.
red cabbage looks really good with this dish ,tastes good as well especially if it s cooked with butter ,vinegar and sugar
I would cook the noodles in cream & garlic.
I think Chardonney would go well as a beverage. French bread would be a very good side dish, or a vinigarette salad, but I think you have a lovely meal already prepared.
Oh! Rosemary potatoes. Take some steamed potatoes and chop them up. Then place them on a cookie sheet that has been covered with foil. Coat them in olive oil and dried rosemary then cook until golden brown (about 45 minutes) in an oven set at 350*.
That sounds great with noodles. I like peas too! Some sort of bread might top it off!
a bacheml sauce of mushrooms onions a dash of garlic pepper salt chick peas
Before I saw the noodle text, I was thinking about garlic cheese grits. The asparagus recommendations were also a great idea. I'd serve a Shiraz with Venison...Chardonnay is too light.
Pair it with your favorite Merlot!
I vote for a flavorful rice pilaf. But not white rice, more like a hearty basmati.
Like heather said, red cabbage. Don't forget the cloves and potatoes. Cranberries are also recommended.
Typical Northern European winter dish.
Merlot or Pinot Noir. What time should I be there?
