How should I make stuffed pork chops?!
How should I make these stuffed chops so that they don't get dry and tough? I have a can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup and thought that maybe the chops would be good cooked in a bit of that soup but I really don't have a clue how to make them.
Answers: I picked up 2 boneless pork loin chops that are already filled with a bread stuffing at our local butcher. Whenever I make lean pork dishes, the meat always has a tendency to become really dry.

YUM-O! ! ! A way to do it, is buy great chops and cut them in half. Not all the way, but there is a pocket . Fill it with whatever you like. Maybe do it your self. Lightly butter the dish you will cook it in. Pre warm your soup with some broth to make it thin. They slightly brown the chops and place it is the warm liquid. Good luck!
Put them in a glass baking dish, with aluminum foil on top. This will trap the moisture, also cook at a lower temperature. Also, yes use the soup, this will certainly help.
