How do I prevent food from sticking to the basket in a deep fryer?!

Question: first you have to have the oil at a high enough temperature. Second don't overload the basket. Last , try putting the food in the oil with the basket already submerged. The food will have to fall to the bottom of the fryer and the outside will start cooking preventing sticking. Good Luck

You have to have the oil hot enough to cook the outside of the batter the second you lay it in the basket.

spray it with PAM

put the basket in the oil and let it become the same temp as the oil. Then pull the basket out and add your food and submerge.

Spray the basket with Pam before placing food into the basket.
