Recipe to make buffalo wings? Or even boneless ones? Either one?!

Question: If they are the bone-in wings...
follow the instructions on the Louisiana hot sauce bottle, they are super good!
If you have boneless skinless chicken...
dunk your chicken strips in egg, then roll in seasoned bread crumbs. Fry in a fry pan of oil til goldy-brown. When they are done, break out the Louisiana hot sauce!

Type in on google, Bufallo wing recipes.

Please excuse my ignorance, but I had no idea buffalo's had wings! where have I been? lol.

Chicken (wings, legs, your preference)
Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
Sticks of Butter

You want to cook the chicken first. Bake the chicken in the oven at 375 degree's. When the chicken is almost done, begin the sauce.
In a large pot, place enough sauce and butter to allow the chicken to be submerged. I use 1 stick of butter for every 12 oz. of Texas Pete sauce.

Add the chicken into the pot and heat on a low heat for several hours. A small amount of bubbling should be noticable. How long will decide how tender the chicken comes out.

When your ready to eat, spoon the chicken out, noticing the tenderness of the meat and how it may separate from the bone. Too long may make all of the chicken fall apart though (my wife likes the bigger pieces).

Use Ranch for dipping.

pandaperson has is just right with the hot sauce and the butter, but buffalo wings need to be super crispy, and there fore deep fried. I sprinkle mine with cajun seasoning ( if you wre doing the boneless kind, add to the flour) and deep fry until done- then let drain on paper towels and then coat in the hot sauce/butter mixture.

soak wings in hot sauce for 15-20 min. Bake at 400 for 30-40 min. Put wings on paper towels or serrated pan to dry them. Heat oil in deep pot and fry till crispy, about 3-5 min per wing(do not crowd fryer)

These are very tasty.

Buy a bag of wing drummettes.
Tabasco sauce to taste (I use the smallest bottle)
1 tbsp of vinegar
2 packets of hidden valley ranch dry dressing mix
1 stick of butter-melted

Arrange wings in a baking dish.
Mix butter, vinegar, 1 packet of dressing and Tabasco sauce.
Pour over wings.
Sprinkle half of the 2nd packet of dressing on one side of your wings and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Pull out the dish and turn all the wings over and sprinkle the remaining dressing mix over the wings.
Bake for 30 more minutes.

Dip for veggies

Container of sour cream and a packet of hidden valley ranch dressing.
Cut up your favorite veggies..I like carrots, cauliflower, celery, peppers, broccoli.

You can adjust the heat by how much Tabasco you use.
Enjoy!
