A very quick and easy dessert is chocolate cream pie the easy way.
Buy a graham cracker crust.
Small box of instant chocolate pudding.
small container of cool whip
Mix your pudding according to directions for a pie. Put in the crust and refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with cool whip and for a nice finished look, sprinkle on some chocolate sprinkles or shaved chocolate or even mini chocolate chips.
Putting the chocolate on top will also indicate to your guests what kind of pie it is.
one of these can work
pineapple upside down cake!
Since Christmas is coming up really soon, she may want to mix in some 'holiday' desserts ~
Peanut Butter Balls
Fudge (Peanut Butter, Mint Chocolate, Chocolate, etc.)
Cheesecake (yes, chocolate or even plain with cherries or even chocolate chip would be pretty). =)
Cookies (LOTS of pretty decorated cookies would look really nice I think).
*Also, keep in mind most people love 'finger foods' and the peanut butter balls, fudge and cookies would serve just that purpose and also look nice on the table. =)
**Hope this is of some help! =)
blueberry cheesecake and truffles! :)
