Answers: If I had to choose one of them... Sausage. However, pork tenderloin and country ham are the best.

bacon! But I may consider a sausage if it's link, good, and I have a little pancake syrup to dip it into....

My choices are in the following order, from first to last....

Steak
Bacon
Ham
Sausage
Pork Chops

Bacon.

id say bacon and sausage

Link sausage........yummmo!

Ham please!

Good old Canadian Back Bacon, fried up with a couple of over easy eggs and a stack of multigrain toast.

Porterhouse house steak along with home fries. O'h, don't forget the rye toast and of course 2 eggs over easy. Bloody Mary to wash it down.

pork chops ..definitely. gives texture to meal.

Bacon!

bacon for me.

Steak!
Then: Sausage, (patties, then links), bacon, ham, pork chop. (really? a pork chop for breakfast? hmmm....)

steak or smoke salmon.

With eggs, Bacon for me!!

With pancakes, though, it has to be sausage!!!

Christopher

sausage or bacon. Steak, ham, and pork chops are for supper for me.

I can say that I've never had steak or pork chops for breakfast, but I wouldn't rule it out in trying to have those for breakfast. But to answer the question I prefer bacon, then maybe sausage if no bacon is available

Gotta go with Bacon! Made breakfast this morning and everyone was upset that we were out! I substituted Ham, but only had two takers!

turkey link or bacon

I would pick bacon every time. I do not like my bacon overdone or crisp. I like my bacon perfectly done. And I only eat good quality thick sliced slab smoked bacon. Not that cheap cured stuff in the grocery aisle.

Bacon. Always.

corned beef,,bacon,, Italian sausage links,or patties /with scrambled eggs add chives ,sour cream or salsa on side,, I also separate the eggs ,mix yolks w/minced onion ,garlic , cream, fry (low heat), whip whites, add a little Cajun spice ,,meringue consistency , spread over yolk mixture, fold as a omelet, sour cream ,salsa, hollandase, ect on side,,,,my greatg-ma used to make them for us ,if done right DELICIOUS , I've seen your stuff i'm sure you'll have no problem!!!!!!!I also pay attention to your answers, you are good !!!

I like hickory smoked bacon with some sugar coated on top while cooking to add a little sweetness to it.

Steak, medium rare with horseradish, wasabi or Chinese or English hot mustard (never commerical steak sauce).

BACON.

For me it's, back bacon, poached eggs, baked beans, peeled tomatoes, caramelized onions and a couple of toast ( rye bread is fine). It's an honor to hear from a good chef like you.

no steak unless its the best aged steak ever. Pork Chops seems a little bit too dinner-ish but the bacon and sausage is perfect!

Oh the ham I only like if you fry the ham and get it a little crispy.

Bacon and Ham, need them both!

Depends on what else you are serving with it. I personally prefer either "country" bacon.....thick slices w/heavy rind which cooks up nice and crispy or Canadian bacon.
