How can I line a 9" spring form pan so the ice cream cake comes out cleanly?!

Question: First I spray the pan with vegetable oil then I put a layer of wax paper on the bottom and cut a 3" strip of wax paper and put it around the side then I I wrap the outside with tinfoil as sometimes the ice cream can melt a little faster than I would like until I refreeze the cake.

Use a piece of parchment paper on the bottom and run a warm knife around the sides before unspringing the pan walls. Parchment paper always works for me!

saran wrap does the job
