Answers: are they to make soup ? if so how?

They are used in gravies, soups, stews, broths.
(They are used as a spice.)
Heat 6 to 8 ounces of water, add one cube (or teaspoon), stir....eat.
When your doctor says you can only eat "clear broths", he/she is referring to bullion broth.
Mostly just to make a beef or chicken broth, but can also be used to flavour your veggies without eating red meat.
Just add them to boiling water and disolve to create the broth.
They make stock! Many recipes call for them!
Soups, stews etc. They're used to add extra flavour.
Just add them to stock or broth.Follow the directions on the box.Very simple to use.
For any type of stock flavoring, you can make soup, or a gravy , or anything that requires stock to cook with.
Anything that you would put chicken or beef broth in is suitable for chicken or beef bouillon cubes. However, cubes are not the only option. I prefer not to use them, because they usually contain MSG, which may not be suitable for your health. I discovered bouillon paste a few years ago; it comes in beef, chicken, vegetable, and (believe it or not) mushroom. I like to use it when I make casseroles, soups, and gravies. You can also add some bouillon to boiling water and cook pasta in the liquid, making them flavorful. Also, you can add bouillon to mashed potatoes, and this also enhances flavor.
