Does anyone know the recipe for this?!

Question: The ingredients are graham crackers lined in a pan, then you pour a mixture of something like milk and sugar that has been cooked in a pot, then sprinkled with choclate chips. I don't know if it cooked in a oven or not. After it is finished making you break it up into pieces. I think it is considered a candy. Please help if you can. Thanks
