Anyone have a recipe for Peanut Brittle Cake?!


Question: Peanut Brittle Cake
2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. finely crushed peanut brittle (5 oz.)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2/3 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
Combine biscuit mix, peanut brittle, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in butter. Mix until crumbly. Set aside 2/3 of the mixture. To remaining mixture, add buttermilk, egg and vanilla. Mix and spread in 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.

PEANUT BUTTER BRITTLE CAKE

1 (16 1/2 oz.) can ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 (1 lb.) angel food loaf cake, halved crosswise
1 c. finely crushed peanut brittle

Combine frosting and peanut butter and beat until smooth. Spread frosting over each cake half. Sprinkle peanut brittle over frosting.
