Answers: Being the country boy that I am, I like to smell what's cooking!

no

NO! I just had deer for the first time, it smelled like a wet dog!!

No, I grew up with that type of meat often and can not stand the smell.

no- because my man expells that gamey smell later on!!!! ughhh

Only if they're game. Pheasant and rabbit and squirrel, bear, elk, deer -- gamey is part of the flavor. Now chicken, beef, domestic pork -- nah.

If you add the right things to it , it smells good (such as onion, garlic, beef boullion..etc. I make venison roasts with dry onion soup mix, celery, a little garlic and some beef broth. Or you can use canned tomatoes, onions and bell peppers.

soak wild game in apple juice over night and you will have tender meat with no wild or apple taste.
