A great non-alcholic hot apple cider recipe?!

Question: No alcohol, for office party during business hours. Need a good recipe to keep in the slow cooker. Plan to put dried apples, cinnamon sticks and cloves to enhance the flavor. Any other suggestion on making the cider?
