3-4 snicker’s bars (chopped)
1 8oz container cool whip (thawed)
1 small box instant vanilla pudding

TACO SALAD!

I guess all you need is lettuce, chilli sauce, sour cream, taco chips, cheese, and anything else you want to add to it.

Well, how about a caeser salad. Simple, but delicious. Ask the guests for food allergies! Good Luck!

Make the tuna one with the shell noodles, mayo, tuna and peas. There must be some sort of seasoning, too...but you'll have to look that up. Everyone loved it at our party this weekend, my mother-in-law made it.

Make a Snicker's salad! Get a container of whipped cream and about six to seven candy bars (full ones not the snack size ones) and three apples diced up small, it is so yummy and can be a desert!!!

My favorite is fruit salad with extra marshmallows. Don't used canned fruit, use real fresh fruit and not lite sour cream.

try this - i love this site for recipes. you can put in the number of servings and it calculates everything for you - here are some christmas salads -

My favorite is a seven layer salad:

Layer these items or add/change to make it your own

Lettuce
Tomatoes
Shredded Cheese
Frozen Peas
Mayonnaise
Green Onion
Bacon (some use bits, but I used slices I've chopped in larger squares)

This is always a hit, and VERY easy to make.

How about 12 hour salad...Its very colorful and the presentation should be in a see through glass bowl

8 cups torn salad greens
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Place salad greens in a 3-qt. bowl or 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. dish. Top with layers of celery, green peppers, onion and peas; do not toss.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar; spread over vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Yield: 12 servings.

How about a seasonal fruit salad? Mix about 4-5 clementines in segments with the seeds from a medium sized pomegranate in 1/4 cup orange juice with a tiny dash of vanilla extract and 3 tbsps. of Tuaca, a spiced vanilla liqueur from Italy. Let it set over night, and stir up from the bottom. Make a booze-free batch for the kids! Good as a salad, or at dessert over pound cake and ice cream.

Thumbs up on the 7 layer salad, my favorite. Also a big thumbs up on the all recipes web site. My whole family has used it for years

CRUNCHY RICE - BEAN - HAM SALAD

3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. each chopped green onion & green pepper
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimento, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) red kidney beans
4 to 8 oz. cooked ham, cut in thin strips
1 or 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 or 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 to 2 c. sweet-sour dressing (follows)

DRESSING:

1/3 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. liquid hot pepper seasoning

Combine dressing ingredients in small pan and bring to a boil.
In large bowl combine rice, beans, celery, onion, pepper, pimento and ham. Pour hot dressing over rice mixture and toss together. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally at least 8 hours and up to 24 hours.

To serve, line bowl or platter with lettuce leaves. Fill with rice salad. Garnish top with tomatoes and eggs.

So this is a quick one that i kinda made up, but kinda copied. Ok so get some Rotoni noodles, or whatever kind, a bottle of Italian dressing, a cucumber, a can of sliced olives, a tomato, parmasean cheese, cook noodles and mix all that together. It's yummy, or at least I like it and it lasts forever or good for a big crowd. good luck
