Is it ok to make bread pudding the day before?!

Question: I am going to try a delicious sounding bread pudding recipe. I was wondering if it would be ok to make and bake it the day before I serve it and make the sauce the day of. My oven will be full of beef brisket for the entire day, so I don't have room.

Yes, prepare and cook it the day before then put it in the fridge. You can then either re-heat it or serve it cold with thick cream. I actually prefer it cold.

Sure, just make sure you put it in the fridge, because of the eggs.
