What happens if I replace sugar with splenda in a cake? Will the texture change?!

Question: Sugar is what makes a cake moist more than any other ingredient. Spenda will not affect the taste. It will make for a drier cake or a cake that should you not consume it will dry faster.

Because Splenda's texture is a little finer than regular sugar, I'd say your cake will be a little finer in it's texture but not much.

call customer advise line from either 1 and they can tell you and tell you how much to use
