No soup, salad or veggies>> borring

As long as you eat fruit and veg and other healthy stuff reguarly then a bit of a junk blowout wont hurt you. Its sometimes just whats available at the time though, when your starving.

Firstly - not a good idea to do a full day on an empty stomach.
Your stomach doesn't "know" that it isn't going to get some food, so continues to pump out hydrochloric acid even at a reduced rate. A good recipe for a stomach ulcer, particularly if you are infected with H. pylorii.
Tinned fish is good - Omega 3 protein.
Sliced beef - good protein, especially if lean.
Bacon OK (unless you're Jewish or a Muslim) - protein
Eggs - iron and vitamin A
Bread - OK - carbohydrates
Milk - OK - calcium
You would have been better spreading these goodies through the day and chucking in some green stuff and fruit juice.
I suggest that tomorrow you take a couple of bananas with you - ready-packed food - if you don't get a chance to have a proper meal.

You need some more carbs and you need fruit or veg. It's better if the bacon was grilled. I don't think it's very healthy.
This is filling and healthy;
tin of tuna (with mayo if you must)
lots of pasta
lots of chopped tomatoes and cucumber (and i suppose sweetcorn if you like)

If the tinned fish is tuna then definitely not; you should not eat more than one tin a week..check out tuna and mercury on the web.

No. Everything you ate is high in bad fats and calories. If the fish was in water, by itself it was healthy but then you ate all that other junk and cancelled it out. You really shouldn't eat more than 2 ounces of meat per meal or 4 ounces per day. Try subbing some of your potein needs with beans and nuts. They are more filling and have good fats and protein.
