Raw snow peas are really good, and go great with Ranch. There is also Asparagus and Brocollini. Those are really tasty.... Good Luck with it.

you could be fancy and simple and wrap asparagus in a slice of deli ham

you could also take vegatable orderves like this one= take a strip of deli ham and spread it with a layer of vegetable cream cheese and wrap that on a small piece of a pickle spear

spaghetti squash, acorn squash, asparagus, fried green beans

Asparagus is good too!

Sugar snap peas, stringed and blanched for about 30 seconds, then cooled. You can make them ahead of time. Sometimes you can find them in little packets already stringed in the produce section.

Note, sugar snap peas are different from snow peas. They are fatter, crunchier and sweeter. You eat them pod and all.
