OMG!!!

I can imagine how stressed you are.

Did you tell your hubby??? hehehe.

If the container said it was microwavable, then Tupperware will replace it. They have a lifetime guarantee on all their stuff, regardless of what you were reheating.

wow 60 bucks for a tupperware thing and it melted???!!! I have bought storage containers at Safeway- grocery store here in the west, I don't think they are back east- but ya I have bought some for maybe 10 bucks and they don't melt. If it melted it probably wasn't microwave safe. Oil that heats up in food shouldn't melt a hole in microwave safe things

It is their fault. They are microwave safe, it says on the website!! Ring them up and get a refund!

Oil shouldn't make them burn! Mine haven't burned before and I have cheapo tupperwear!!

Below is a link to Tupperware's Rock 'N Serve containers. It will then link you to the warranty info.

I would guess you'll have no problem getting the piece replaced. When you call their 800 #, I'd suggest asking them how you can check whether your other pieces also have a problem without ruining the contents or your microwave!

Both the freezer containers and the storage say they are microwaveable, you should be able to get a refund or get them replaced.

Call up Tupperware and tell them what happened - they will replaced it.

Never a dull moment in the Rockmum household..hehehe

It must be the container, because I have had my rock n serve containers for over a yr and they have never melted. I have had the in the micro for over 5 min!

Call the Tupperware lady and tell her because that's not right!
They were designed to go in the microwave!

It's Tupperware fault!
