Answers: What's a good recipe for salsa dip?

1. 6 jalapenos, stems removed and boiled til soft
2. 4 tomatoes boiled then peeled
3. 4 to 5 garlic cloves
4. salt to taste

First put garlic cloves into blender/food processor. Chop up. Add the jalapenos and tomatoes and blend until desired chunkiness. Add salt to taste. You can add cilantro if you like.
You can adjust the ingredients to suit your taste.

tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno peppers.....
blend (making it chunky)

i just bbq some red peppers, chillis and tomatos, peel them and blend them. Then I add finely diced onion and green pepper, salt and lime juice. Its seriously the best!
