I just buy premade tart shells frozen and make the filling, myself, I prefer raspberry jelly, no seeds.

The filling is 1/2 block of almond paste, 1/2 cup ground almonds, 1/2 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, vanilla, 2 tablespoons melted butter a bit of flour (I use 1 teaspoon). This will make a dozen tarts.

You combine the ingredients, add a teaspoon of jam/jelly to each tart shell/case, and then a spoonful of filling, but not to the top.

Bake at 350 d F or 180 C, Gas mark 3 for 30-40 minutes, this depends on the size of your oven and the amount you make, if for a school class figure on one for each student and 2 for the instructor or teacher.
