My grandmother always makes those at Christmas time, it has been a tradition to have tea cakes on Christmas eve for as long as I can remember. If you need a recipe, just e-mail me and I will give you a great one. It has been in our family for over 90 years.

I just made Swedish Teacakes last night if those are the same ones you are talkng about.

Grandma Dot's swedish teacakes...

preheat oven to 325

Mix:
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Blend in:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Bake at 325 for 15-20 mins. Do not brown.
Let cool for 2 mins.
Roll in confectioners' sugar, set aside and let cool completely.
Roll again in confectioners' sugar after completely cooled.
