where do paninis come from in italy?
-like where in italy are they eaten?

"Panini" are eaten everywhere, in Italy :)
"Panino" just means sandwich or roll, regardless what kind of bread is used: table bread, sweet bread, milk bread...
Panini alla Nutella and with every kind of jam are popular, along with panino al prosciutto
(ham sandwich) panino al formaggio (chese roll), etc
