What is the best recipe to go by for chocolate fudge?!

Question: Wanting to make some for christmas!

Answers: Wanting to make some for christmas!

The Marshmallow Cream fudge is terrific. The older recipe is better than the new one on the jar. Not sure why they changed it. My Grandma had saved the old recipe though. I linked it below. It's a very creamy fudge. Very easy to make. Turns out perfect every time.

****Marshmallow Fluff Fudge
4 Cups Sugar
1 Can evaporated milk
1 stick Butter
2-12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
7 oz jar marshmallow crème
2 t vanilla and butter extract
1 sq. baking Chocolate

Cook sugar & milk until soft ball 240
add remaining ingredients & beat beater until firm
pour in to buttered 9x13 pan.

the person who posted above me is 100% on--also you can try making it in the white fudge ( I think with white chocolate bits), oh my god sooooo good! Their is a recipe for fudge on the back of the label of the marshmallow whipped stuff. good luck and enjoy!

i always use the Eagle Brand fudge recipe. it has always turned out well and is really yummy...

There are several good recipes out there for fudge, but the best one I have found is the one my mom uses every xmas. Her fudge is such a big hit, that people all over ask for her fudge and are willing to pay her for it. You can find the recipe for it on the back of Kraft Marshmallow Creme at any grocery store. She uses this recipe to make chocolate and peanut butter fudge as well. You may also find it on the Kraft Foods website.

.easy fudge

18 oz. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
Dash salt
1/2 cup nuts(if desired)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Low heat melt chips, salt and sw. cnd. milk
remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla.
pour into a wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
chill 2 hours. lift out by pulling up on the wax paper cut into pieces and enjoy. Can use peanut butter chips instead for peanut butter fudge.
