What is your Christmas menu?!

Question: I am doing my Christmas food shopping this weekend - but can't really decide what we are going to have... i am hosting it at my home this year (only be me, my hubby, 4 kids and my Mum and Dad) ... it is summer in Australia... i was thinking of pavlova, barbequed prawns and salad with mango and asparagus - but maybe I should go with chicken fillets rolled into a roll to bake and stuffed with apricot and nuts.... what are you having.... inspire me!
