Yes. Just let it sit at room temp. for a few minutes to soften when you need to use it. Also stirring it will soften it quickly, never microwave it though.

I checked the Betty Crocker site and they say to store then in the fridge and let them warm up to room temperature before using. I think if you leave them sit out too long they'll start to fall and get sticky instead of fluffy.

You're suppose to refridgerate it even before you open it..

no, you don't have to unless its has fresh cream in it. Although it will keep longer. When you want to reuse you it agin you can microwave for quick short burst to bring up to room temperature, or melt a little bit more for puring frosting....But do not over heat because pf the highsugar content your frosting will scourch!
