1/4 cup margarine or butter

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 ounces)
1 tablespoon caraway seed, if desired

2. Heat hot water, milk and margarine to rapid boil in 3-quart saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in mustard. Stir in 2 pouches Potatoes and Seasoning just until moistened. Let stand about 1 minute or until liquid is absorbed. Whip with fork until smooth.
3. Spread 1 1/2 cups of the potatoes in baking dish. Top with corned beef. Spread sauerkraut over corned beef. Spoon remaining potatoes over top; spread gently. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese and caraway seed.
4. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft) Increase bake time to about 25 minutes

spaghetti and meatballs! almost everyone loves it!

Quick and easy with whatever you have in the house, maybe 1/4 triangle sandwiches with ham or cheese or tuna. Carrot and celery sticks with dip. Cookies or cupcakes. Hope you get it done in time.

lasagna
easy to make chicken quesadillas
plain cheese quesadillas
mac and cheese
spaghetti and meatballs

How about cheesy spaghetti? That is good! Boil the spaghetti, then add tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, onion and cheese. Very good and filling. Please no tuna noodle. Tuna stinks unless refrigerated and most kids don't like it as much as spaghetti.

make tuna salad..

but take mints for the kids lmao

If you have a crock pot, then Taco Soup goes over really well with that age group. It's kind of like chili beans but has different seasonings. If you don't have the hominy, you can leave that out or can put drained yellow corn in. Served with taco nacho chips, yum!

meat balls in gravy sauce. or you could cook turkey balls. chil ibeans and garlic bread......................
