How long & at what temperature would you cook stuffed pork chops?!

Question: I am stuffing them with regular stove top stuffing - I know I could make home made. But I really like stove top!
Any ideas how long to cook them?
Should I pour some cream soup over them to keep them moist?

I'd sear them in an oven-safe skillet first, for some color on each side, then move to a 350oF oven for about 25-35 minutes (time depends upon how thick and how much stuffing is in them).

If you don't overcooke them, they should be pretty moist. You can make a nice pan gravy by removing them from the skillet, adding a cup of white wine and/or chicken stock to get the bits up off the pan, brining to a boil, then adding a bit of thyme, salt and pepper (if needed, taste first), and a splash of whipping cream. Will be better than a can of cream soup!

Since you said "STUFFED"... I would bake them to an internal temp. of 165 deg. F.

350 for about 35 - 45 minutes........You can add the soup if you like, but I prefer not to - it tends to make the stuffing too mushy for my taste.......
