Bread slices thaw out in a matter of minutes. I place them in a single layer in a plastic bag and they thaw in no time. If you want to toast them just pop them in the toaster frozen. Or make your sandwich on frozen bread and toast it in the regular oven.

It would taste awful, all the moisture would've been sucked out by the ice and when it melts it would be wet. DON'T EAT IT!

there is a defrost button on the microwave....or just let it sit out

If the loaf is already baked, just place it on the counter. My local grocer has two for one sales a lot. I freeze the second loaf all the time and just defrost it on the cutting board. Doesn't take too long. It'll be defrosted within three hours and sooner if you can't wait.

yyeah its not gonna taste great but you can wrap it with a paper towel and place it in the microwave for a few minutes.
don't leave it in for TOO long!

what you do is steam it so make some hot water boiling hot then you put some kind of screen and put the frozen bread over it
you can garnish it as well if u want it to be tasty

IF YOU SEPERATE THE SLICES OR SICE THE FROZEN BREAD, IT WILL THAW OUT IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR SO... YOU CAN PUT IT IN ALUMINUM FOIL AND THROW IT IN OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES OR SO ON 375..... DONT MICROWAVE IT, IT WILL TURN HARD A FEW MINUTES AFTER IT IS DEFROSTED IN THE MICROWAVE, I WOULD PUT IT IN THE OVEN OR TOASTER OVEN/...

I tend to seperate my bread into a few ziploc baggies, with 4 slices or so in each, and then I either let it defrost on the counter if I have a few hours (like you said you do) or I zap it in the microwave and then let it cool off. It doesn't really make it taste bad but it's probably not the best method, so do try to defrost it.

just warm it in the microwave or set it out on the counter.

Take a microwave-safe large plate, and place the bread on it. Make small slits in the bread in the middle, both semi-middles--and both ends. Microwave for 30 seconds, take it out and let it cool for about 1 minute. Microwave again for 30 seconds and let it cool for about 1 minute. Repeat as needed.

Leave it out. to defrost.

you know what i do . i make my sandwiches while the bread is still frozen..might sound wierd but you end up with yummy fresh bread..and no it dos'nt go soggy neither..
