Sounds like you've already cooked the pork hocks and beans. You can freeze them but don't keep them frozen for very long or they'll get freezer burn.

Yeah, you can, but are they cooked or raw??? More info and I can tell you a more exact approach to the correct method to use for both....

Last time I froze my pork, I ended up regretting the decision. It made me feel like there was a foreign object attached to my pelvis and it was not welcomed until the chill had gone. I will never travel that road again!

YOU should cook them well. Then put them in the larger freezer bags. I use garlic and onion powder, green bell peppers, red onions, celery and some red vinegar (to taste). No salt is needed as the hocks are already full of too much salt. I usually let the combination cook slowly. Then overnight, I put it all in my refrigerator. The first thing on the next day, I take some for my own meal. The rest goes into the bags, put into my freezer that I mentioned, until it is time for another serving. After that, all I have to do is "heat them up." What deliciousness prevails. I also keep a pot of white rice on the side for those with that tendency. I wish you well.

You are obviously scared of the salmonella germ that you know would poison your family.
Your pork is already cooked.
Salmonella only grows at temperatures above 180 deg Celsius but cannot survive above 240 deg Celsius, so freezing the pork is not the problem, but defrosting it is...
When you want to use it again, do not defrost it slowly. Do so in a microwave. That would minimize the salmonella growth. Also then re heat it to above 240 C before eating it.
Another thing;
Salmonella grows between the outer skin and the flesh of pork, not in the meat, so if you can remove the fat and skin before freezing it, you would almost cancel out the possibility of food poisoning altogether.
Same goes for chicken.

Cooked beans are not good after freezing.
Beans, like potato actually taste bad if they were frozen...
