One of my favorites would be shrimp fettuccine. Just take some shrimp and boil it and then boil the noodles and heat up the sauce. I use Ragu Alfredo sauce. It is really easy to make.

This is a straight forward delicious recipe that is quick and easy to make. It's become a house fav. at my home. I also add fresh mushrooms at the end and cook down in the gravy - so super yummy! You can find the turkey cutlets all ready thin in the meat section, if you can find the brand name - there' s a recipe on the back that's even better than this!!


Turkey Scallopini

1 pound turkey breast, cutlets or slices
3 tablespoons all-purpose flower
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil, divided use
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 clove large garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh sage or 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed sage
1/2 teaspoon chicken base or bouillon granules
Coat cutlets with flour; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of cutlets; cook on each side for 1 to 2 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Repeat with remaining olive oil and cutlets.
Add water, wine, butter, garlic, sage and bouillon to skillet. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add cutlets to skillet; reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring and turning cutlets over to coat, for 1 to 2 minutes.

Homemade tacos. They are really good. You need 1lb hamburger, your choice of soft or hard taco shells. lettuce, sour cream, tomato'es, shredded cheddar cheese and taco seasoning. Fry your 1lb hamburger, drain grease, add your package of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. And cook for 20 minutes on low to medium heat. Warm your shells in microwave. Then top with all your favorite things. You can also put your favorite salsa on them.

make a Shepperd's pie. Brown, and season ground beef, mash some potato's, and use some canned corn. In a casserole dish, layer your ingredients. Ground beef, corn, and mashed potato's on top then bake for 30min. Season ingredients the way you like.
