Help with modifying a recipe?!

Question: I have a batch of Cocoa Almond cookies chilling. I did one part as cutouts which the recipe called for- but I think they are toooo dry. I don't want to throw it out, I think it would make a good base for a bar cookie of some sort- any ideas? I'm think of something with sweetened condensed milk and coconut, but I don't want to make another flop.

Yes you can make millionaire bars. Use the cookie dough as a base, then pour a can of condensed milk on top followed by chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and walnuts. Bake until bubbly.

I make a frozen raspberry yogurt pie that goes in a chocolate shell. That would be nice.
Or grasshopper pie. Cook (cook not mix instant) some custard and add creme de menthe and then some more creme de menthe in whipped cream on top.
Black bottom pie also which has rum flavoured chiffon would also be nice.
Real simple - turn it into an ice cream pie.
