Oriental Crunch Salad (this always gets compliments!)

1 head napa cabbage, shredded
5 bunches green onions, sliced on an angle (also use tops)
2 packages Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles, crushed
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (or 1/4 cup sesame seeds)
1 small package slivered almonds (about 1/4 cup)
1 packet of flavoring mix from Ramen Noodles

Directions

Saute crushed Ramen Noodles in 4 Tbsp margarine or olive oil. Add sunflower (or sesame) seeds, almonds, and flavoring mix from noodles. Saute until almonds become toasted. Mix all ingredients together. Add dressing.

Oriental Crunch Dressing

1 cup honey
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
2-3 Tbsp lite soy sauce

Heat honey and lemon juice together. Add oil and soy sauce. Pour over salad.

JUST DELICIOUS!! (taken from "Seasoned With Love", a collection of pastors wives favorite recipes from around the world...because in case you don't already know, the best kept secret is that some of the best eating happens at church potlucks after the service! Just short of showing up at a church unannounced as a visitor and staying by for the potluck, which I do all the time (I personally like showing up at SDA churches on Saturday mornings from a quick yellow pages search because they eat healthy giving me great recipe ideas while at the same time the food tastes great)... you can order a copy of the book at: http://ministerialassociation.com/search...

My kids love top ramen with egg. While it's boiling and almost done, you throw a couple eggs in and stir quick. Then you add the seasoning.

Yours sounds yummy. I'm going to have to try that.

My favorite recipe is the one that is printed on the package. Boil water. Pour in noodles. Pour in silver package. Eat(cool first). It's a great meal when you don't have much time.

I like the spicy ramen...anyway I add a can of chili, couple pieces of cheese(sharp cheddar is best) a lil hot sauce &
a spoon or two of sour cream on top!MMM..MMM...Good!
Or you can get some chicken ramen and add a can of white
chicken breast to it w/cheese!Try 'em out

I learned this in my munchie days but its always still good...
Ramoen noodle, drain so just noodles, mix alittle butter and sour cream...sometimes a dash of mustard...about haf of the seasoning bag...mix...yummy.
