Not in the traditional way as you can't micro an egg in the shell. You can do it in a mug or cup though, with pretty good results.

In a small custard cup or coffee cup, microwave butter or margarine on High (100% power) for 15 seconds or until melted.

Rotate cup to butter all sides.
Break egg into cup. Pierce egg with fork.
Cover with plastic wrap, with one corner pulled up to let air out.
Microwave on Medium-High (70% power) for 35 to 45 seconds. The egg will still look uncooked, so let it stand for 1 to 2 minutes, still covered before you carefully – using the oven mitts - take it out of the microwave

Won't it explode? I'd try the old fashioned way with a pan of water on the stove. Good luck.

nope, but you can make an omlette!
Take the egg and crack it. mix it around with a fork with a spoonful of water and put it in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 sec.
if you want add chopped meat, cheese and veggies while microwaving for a great treat.

NAAAAA NOT IN THE MICROWAVE LOVE, PUT IT ON THE STOVE AND BOIL IT FOR 3 MINUTES!!!!
