Does anyone have a good recipe for white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie recipe?!


Question: WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA COOKIES

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla & 1/2 tsp. water
White chocolate chunks (use discretion on amount)
1 c. chopped macadamia nuts or walnuts

Stir together flour, soda and salt. Set aside. In a mixing bowl beat butter and shortening. Add sugars and beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture; beat until well combined. Stir in white chocolate chunks and nuts. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
