Small bowl of oatmeal or oat bran.
On a small salad plate we'll have a scoop (4oz) of low fat cottage cheese and about 5-6oz of fresh fruit salad.
4oz of vegetable juice.
a small glass of water
1 slice of whole grain or rye toast, with a pat of Smart Balance spread.
and a cup or two of tea or coffee.
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp golden syrup
175g jumbo rolled oats
60g brazil nuts
30g sunflower seeds
60g dried pineapple pieces
60g dried banana chips
60g dried aporicots
chop brazil nuts
put oil and syrup into saucepan. Melt together
Take off the heat and add oats, nuts, and sunflower seeds
Tip onto a baking tray and cook for 10 mins until turn golden.
Cut dried fruit pieces and put into a bowl. Add golden mixture and stir.
Serve with milk or natural yoghurt
Eat a toasted onion bagel with onion and chives creme cheese, thinly sliced smoked salmon, sliced red onion, and sliced tomato...salt/pepper and yum.
