I actually shape my meatballs, put them on a cookie sheet and bake them in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes, till done. This way you get rid of a lot of the fat, where if you cook the raw meatballs in the sauce all the fat is going into the sauce. You can use them right away, or refrigerate and warm up in sauce whenever you are ready. I like this method cause you don't have to stand at a frying pan, you can just pop them in the oven, go about your business and take them out 20 minutes later.

the best way to make meatballs is to put them in the sauce uncooked and let them cook completely in the sauce (about 15-20 minutes for a 1 to 1 1/2" meatball) trust me i make them alllllll the time

I wouldnt brown them cause they may dry out. Slightly undercook them and toss them in the sauce.. Then simmer them on the stove, cooking them again before serving.

Yes..sounds good to me.

You did cook them fully before ya put them in the frig?
Hey if you are going to make sause later on , same day..cook the meatballs , and leave inside oven..foil over top..keep on low...if you put the cook meatballs in the frig while they are hot, you will make your frig do extra work..power wise..

cook them raw in a sauce for 20 minutes medium heat. if you like them medium rare go for 12-15
