Fudge Recipe from the back of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk?!

Answers: I bought the store brand condenced milk, not thinking that I didn't have the recipe. Anyone have a can of it laying around they can get the recipe for me off of?

EAGLE BRAND FUDGE
1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
2 1/4 c. semi sweet chocolate
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Melt milk and chocolate over double boiler. Cook rapidly stirring frequently until thick, 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add nuts and vanilla and pour in buttered pan. Chill 3 hours, then cut in squares.
u just need a bag of chocolate chips and a tablespoon of corn syrup. mix together and microwave until chips are melted or use a doubleboiler. I don't know if this is their recipe but I always use it and it makes delicious fudge!!! hope this helps. (+ the sweetened condensed milk of course.)

BTW, my mom has made that recipe for the holidays for 50 years. Always territic.

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2/3rd cup of condensed milk
1/3 cup of cocoa
dash of salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Combine cocoa,sugar,condensed milk,dash salt,2 tablespoons butter,and vinegar.
Cook till soft ball stage. Remove from heat,add vanilla,place pot in cold water for rapid cooldown, while stirring constantly. Take care not to get any water in the candy. It may be that the water will get too warm,add ice to it if that is the case.Stir constantly till candy thickens and has nice sheen. Pour into cold,buttered,platter. Place in ice box till candy sets. Cut into squares and place in container lined with wax paper.
