What is "Preme" - recipe included... any ideas?!
Hot Chocolate Mix
1 8 qt box powdered milk
1 lb box Nestle's Quick
1 lb box powdered sugar
1 lb Preme ... any suggestions as what this could be?
Thanks for any ideas.
Answers: Has anyone ever heard of Preme? It is in a recipe my mother used to make (but she's been gone for over 20 years). I've searched online with ZERO results. I'm trying to figure out what I can use to replace it but have no idea what it is. Here is the recipe in case some cook can help me. (this is a powdered mix that you can make up and give away, so I KNOW it isn't liquid)

Preme is short for Premier coffee creamer.Carnation coffee creamer works well in it's place since they discontinued it about 15 years ago.
I know exactly what it is. It is powdered coffee creamer. That is a super recipe, BTW, though I use regular cocoa or Ghiardelli's Sweet Chocolate powder instead of the Nestle's Quick.
I bet it's not Preme, but Creamer just misspelled.. I use this recipe to make bulk hot chocolate to give away and for us for winter and I use the same ingredients
Here is the recipe I use.
HOT CHOCOLATE MIX
8 quarts powdered milk
1 pound Nestle's Quick
1 pound confectioner's sugar
8 ounces coffee creamer, powdered
Mix together and store in covered container. Use 1/4 cup and add hot water for each mug.
Serving Size: 12.
