How can I make Iced Tea that will not get cloudy.?!


Question: Half the time when I make iced tea it get cloudy. What am I doing correctly one time and not the next?

Make up your iced tea, with whatever recipe you want.
Do not put it straight into the refrigerator after it's made.
Let it cool at room temperature first. THEN put it in the fridge.

I agree with Georgia Peach's answer for sure.

That is usually a sign of hard water..buy good drinking water by the gallon and make it with that only..It's what I use and My tea stays fine for up to three days..be sure to refrigerate it with a lid.
