Answers: i have made the cake, but how do i stop the chocolate from running down the sides and making a mess?

4 ozs chocolate
2 ozs butter
1 beaten egg
6 ozs icing sugar
Melt chocolate in a bain marie and add butter, when the chocolate has melted, remove from heat stirring all the time. Add the egg and icing sugar and beat 'til smooth. Cover the cake and leave to set. Decorate with marzipan fruits.
