What are some top culinary magazines or some of your favorites?!
Answers: LOVE Cook's Illustrated. Real cooking articles and articles on exotic ingredients, and some "How to make the best _____" articles. I learned how to make fudgy homemade brownies that have that paper thin shiny layer on top (you know, like how 'mix' brownies do) from that magazine!
I like Taste of Home. It is not fancy, but it has good home cooking recipes from everyday people.
Gourmet, Bon Appetit, Cook's Illustrated are my favorites.
cooking light..its more health conscious but it has amazing recipes. Anything from home cooking to baking and exotic eats. They explain ingredients and different cooking methods.
I really enjoy Gourmet and Martha Stewart's Everyday Food.
I love Cuisine at Home. The recipes really aren't too gourmet (and they are easily adjusted to your taste). They explain the recipes step by step. They also have really good tips and suggestions.
