I was wondering if anyone knows how to boil an egg?!

Question: Boil it for about 10-12 minutes but the really important part is put a little salt in the water, it makes the peel come off easier. Once they are done boiling, rinse with very cold water & I put a few cracks in each one then let them soak in the cold water just about 5 minutes & the peel comes right off. Have you ever tried to peel a hard boiled egg & the peel won't come away from the egg ? It's terrible, this way it prevents that happening.

yes

get an egg & dont brake it & put it in a boiling water for 10 minutes.... & thats it

Easy! Single layer of eggs in pan. Cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, immediately shut of heat, and let stand for 11 minutes. Run under cool water and peel.

awwwwwwwwwwwwww, that is too cute! lol

Soft boil (the yolk will be just not runny, a bright yellow/orange colour)

Put eggs in cold water, in pot. Turn stove on and let the water come to a full boil. Let the water boil for 4 minutes. Take pot off the stove and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 5 minutes. Then remove them from the water and put them in the fridge (or cool them with cold water).

yes, put the egg in a little pot, fill with cold water, turn on the stove, when water begins to boil count 10 minutes, then turn off stove and run cold water into pot as you let the hot water out, dry egg then put in fridge to cool or eat hot, whatever.

put the whole eggs in a vessel containing water until they are drowned and boil them until the eggs show cracks on them. later peel the outer layer and the eggs r ready to eat.

Of course !

Put eggs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to med-high. Wait about 7 minutes. Grab a tablespoon and scoop out an egg, drain the water from the spoon, hold it above the pot a few seconds, if the shell dries off (steam lifting off the egg) it's ready, if it leaves a patch of water on the egg, put it back in the pot and continue to boil, keep checking.

If you want a 3 minute egg (runny yolk with cooked white) leave the stove on high and boil the egg for a full 3 minutes, cool slightly in cold water, crack in half and scoop egg into a bowl to eat with your stove browned toast. ;-)

Put eggs in a single layer in a pot. Cover with cold water and bring to boil. Remove from heat (turn off the fire), and allow to rest 15 minutes. Then run cold water over the eggs until they are cold. I don't like to waste water, so I fill the pot with cold tap water and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. When the eggs are cold, they should peel more easily.

If most men can make love in under three minutes surely they know how to boil an egg...?
